Postdocs
To inquire about postdoc opportunities please email Dr. Schmidt-Dannert your CV with a publication list, research experience, career interests and your specific interest/motivation for joining our research group.

Undergraduate Students
If you are interested in gaining research experience, we are looking for motivated students who can commit two semesters to research in the lab.
Plan on gaining lab experience early in your undergraduate studies, it will help you later.

Graduate Students
Our laboratory is part of the Biochemistry, Molecular Biology and Biophysics graduate program.
To become PhD student in the Schmidt-Dannert lab, you will need to first apply and then be accepted into this program.
Deadlines for application to graduate programs at the University of Minnesota are in early December for admission for the following Fall Semester.
It is your responsibility to collect all admission materials in time for the application.
